Position Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report trending of "at-risk behaviors" in assigned terminals - Developing targeted communications specific to addressing identified risks - Manage Driver Performance Improvement Plan using Driver Scorecard (proactively using triggering events) - Identify driver practices or conduct that raises safety concerns - Facilitate and document improvement plan and process
Main requirements:
- University Degree (preferably logistics field) - Advanced PC Skills - Fluently speaking and writing in English
