Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Support new hires during their adaptation period, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Build and maintain a friendly, inclusive, and collaborative company culture.
  • Organize team-building activities, workshops, and events to boost engagement.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement actionable feedback.
  • Address interpersonal issues and mediate conflicts within the team.
Main requirements::

    Work experience in a similar positioni
  • 2
    Advanced level of written and spoken English and Russian

  • 3
    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • 4
    Advanced computer skills
