Responsibilities:
- Monitor driver performance to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, resolving operational issues quickly to ensure seamless service.
- Manage and maintain Driver Qualification Files in compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Create and send warning letters to drivers violating standards, and manage disciplinary processes effectively.
Requirements:
- 1. High level knowledge and practical application of the English language
- 2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- 3. Experience in a similar position or similar areas of work
