Key Responsibilities::
- Monitor driver performance to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, resolving operational issues quickly to ensure seamless service.
- Manage and maintain Driver Qualification Files in compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Create and send warning letters to drivers violating standards, and manage disciplinary processes effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or similar areas of work
- High level knowledge and practical application of the English and Russian languages
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
